On April 17, 2019, the working meeting of Zhejiang Model Radio Sports Association was successfully held in Hangzhou. A total of more than one hundred people attended this meeting, including members of Zhejiang Model Radio Sports Association, relevant associations in various cities, youth palaces, RC pilot license examination and training authorized units, schools and other relevant persons in charge. The meeting was hosted by Ge Meng, the executive deputy secretary general of the provincial association, and Xu Jie, the deputy researcher of the mass sports department of the provincial sports bureau and the secretary general of the association, made a summary of the work of the provincial model association in 2018 and the work plan in 2019.

This working meeting is the annual event of the provincial association. Lin Ke, chairman of the provincial model radio sports association, Zhuang Zhiqing, vice chairman, Jiang Meng, vice chairman and other leaders attended this meeting.

The association organized and hosted a total of 14 national and provincial competitions last year. In the development of grassroots activities in 2018, local and municipal associations, youth palaces, enterprises and other units have done a lot of work in aerospace, navigation and vehicle modeling competitions hosting, RC model aviation pilot license examination, and science and technology sports activities. In 2018, the team won 40 gold medals, 47 silver medals and 34 bronze medals in various competitions.

Jiang Meng, deputy inspector of the Provincial Sports Bureau, affirmed the work done by the association and asked the association to do a good job in preparing for the next Shaanxi National Games in aviation and nautical modeling projects, give full play to the role of the four nautical and aviation modeling bases identified by the Provincial Sports Bureau, do a good job in selecting athletes, training and competing, and accumulate experience in competitions.

At the end of the meeting, we also commended the advanced individuals and advanced collectives of science and technology sports in Zhejiang Province in 2018, and awarded 36 units such as Hangzhou Youth Activity Center and Zhejiang Feishen Vehicle Co. " title.
